Easily the worst McDonald’s in JAX. Can’t even get a plain sandwich with only ketchup on it correct. Then when I have to waste my time coming back up to get it fixed the manager wants to act like I’m the inconvenience. Rudely gave me 3 sandwiches even though I only had two with fries, claiming I already ate the fries, (I didn’t.) Then called back to get the store number as the manager threw my receipt away, same manager answered the phone and hung up on me for asking politely. The staff here are not only embarrassingly incompetent but shamelessly and pathetically rude. The mixed mid height manager who was running afternoon today (08/06/2023) has no business being anywhere near customer service… utter embarrassment.

We placed an order through the mobile app and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to get our food. There is no one at the POS to answer to customers and, whenever you get someone to pay attention to you, they tell you to wait 1 second which can turn into 10 minutes or more. The staff has no sense of responsibility and the manager makes no effort to address deficiencies including proper customer service. I think that 2.9 stars is too high for this location. Zero or less stars is more appropriate. I gave it 1 so the average can decline.

Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences. This place used to have a really great staff but for the past week or so everything has gone down hill. I've made a mobile order several times to this place and for the past few days straight they've managed to mess it up. The first time, they didn't have half the things I ordered which is fine, thats out of their control, but when it takes 20 minutes to make an order of a single sandwich and I am the only customer? And when they manage to, after asking me several times to conform i was getting a chicken sandwhich and they give me a completely different sandwhich? One can understand the frustration. Again, they did the same thing. I ordered ahead, pulled into the curbside pickup, waited 20 minutes after checking in, decided to pull into the drive through and they still managed to mess it up by giving me someone else's order. Like, dude, I just want my food.
