McDonald's

This is review of how manager in this store is. I come in here once a week. White female manager, no teeth or partial teeth. Is the rudest manager I have seen in a long time. Man came in from drive thru with his bag. Double cheeseburger was cold. She put up a argument that he was lying. All he wanted was a warm hamburger. His fries were still hot. He did not ask for them to be replaced. Everytime time I am in there it is drama with her. Customers were all commenting on the managers behavior. This was about 11 am on 08/11/22. She really needs a lesson in customer service.

Today I got some water FOR MY TODDLER and later I look in the cup that only had the lid taken off so I could pour it into a smaller cup because they couldn't get a order of just a small ice water right and there's dirt and stuff at the bottom! It took 3 calls to get a hold of someone and they told me if I brought it back they'd replace it ???? she then told me everything comes out of a machine and it has filters and was annoyed when I said obviously something isn't working. DISCUSTING

Ehh it's okay. The cashiers aren't the friendliest. My order was correct & everything was there but it was all cold & tasted like it had been sitting. Cold fries from McDonald's are the worst! Will give it another try and update review when I do! #Fastfoodrestaurant
