McDonald's

I came in around 12 pm and the lobby was quite full. I sat down at a table and plugged my phone in and then ordered at the kiosk. Within five minutes my order was ready and it was fresh. The fries could’ve tasted a little bit better but I’m just picky about my fries. The staff was helpful and they even gave me four sauces when I asked for some for my burger. I stayed quiet a while to let my phone charge up and wasn’t bothered or didn’t receive one ugly look my direction. Bonus points for the bathroom being clean as well!!!! It was actually one of my better experiences at McDonald’s. I needed a mid-day getaway and that’s exactly what I got and I left with a full tummy. Good job McDonald’s

Mickey, The drive-through window attendant was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me the longer I set there the worse her time got. I wanted to tell her that she shouldn't worry about her time and focus more on friendly customer service but there was no point. She was extremely Unpleasant and nothing but business but business when I tried to pay her a compliment. I definitely will not be going back there if she is working. McDonald's should focus more on taking care of the customer and less on the amount of time it takes to get a customer through their drive-through. Is horrible overall experience.

Born and raised in Independence, this is one of the best McDonald's. The atmosphere there is just absolutely fantastic. Every single time we order their food is piping hot fresh, I mean Burgers literally straight off the grill, and the weight for the fries it is totally freaking worth it! In the service from the people, is also absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place, very very kid friendly. Very friendly and kind employees Kid-friendliness: When we went, unlike any other McDonald's they actually asked us if it is a boy or girl!? I know right they actually asked! We were absolutely Blown Away, and when they seen the children they were so nice. I give kudos to the managers who trained the young children at drive-thru and window
