Sat waiting for a curbside order for 20+ minutes, then they forgot my drinks and were supposed to be going back for them, waited another 10-15 while my food got cold before I had to go in and get the drinks myself. Food was so cold by that point (it was hot when they brought it out) that it was virtually inedible.
My friend just left this location and ordered a #7 with NO PICKLES, he received one burger with no patty meat and on his other burger there were pickles. Make sure the staff on duty is paying attention to what they’re doing and if they can’t do a simple job please find a staff who can do so accordingly to refrain from having these issues.
They lady at the drive thru window was really nice but when I received our food which it was super late after midnight, the fish filet sandwich was so hard and the bread was old. I asked for a remake and they did it but it was just as worse. Drove back to the window since the inside was closed and they ignored me. Lol ???? … I am like ok. Is this what we doing? Since it was my birthday, I wanted to go to splurge and this wasn’t it. Made a complaint with the corporate or owner but no response. Won’t ever go back. My husband & I just didn’t eat anything. ????????♀️
