McDonald's

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrible horrible customer service this will always be my last resort McDonald’s to go to. I went there tonight looking to get food and you would think like every other fast food they put a sign they will not be accepting card but instead they wasted my time in a long line just to tell me they will not accept card. And to speak of this it is a very dirty McDonald’s I went inside once and seen a cockroach very dirty never went inside again!!!

Drive thru was packed not the fault of McDonald's though just a busy evening. Problem was my quarter pound sandwich was very rare. It was late night and I did not go back to the store to get a new sandwich... I had to eat some of my daughters nuggets

Every time I go to this location it’s something. The quality of the food is horrible or the service is bad. On today’s episode they supposedly ran out of sweet tea and didn’t notify my until after I got to the second window. The girl at the window had an attitude off rip and I told her I was missing a drink. She rudely told me they didn’t have it and that I wasn’t charged, when I was. Then I was like can I get another drink and she completely ignored me and then asked me if I was missing food and I said no I’m waiting for a drink. She started huffing and puffing and walked off. Some guy that I’m assuming is the manager walked up and proceeded to tell me I needed to pull up to the stop sign after explaining what the issue was because they had a long line. For a drink that could’ve been made right then and there. I told him okay I would’ve done that if she said that but she just continued to ignore me and not say anything. Why would I drive off after I paid for something? Next, that was
