Kevin the manager doesn’t have a clue about customer service. I placed an order using the mobile app w payment as I do at least once a week only to have him charge me again at the window. I explained and showed him the payment processed on the app but he resumed to charge me. As a business manager in the fast good industry i know he couldve easily accommodate me but he chose not to.
While McDonald's should receive a zero for food...I had to select a star... the customer service isn't bad.. I would like to see McDonald's closed or change/update. Just ordered, or is busy so we waited at their drive thru waiting area. They brought the wrong order then when they brought the right one, came with no fries. Gave the receipt to the employee but he lost it and wanted to charge us more for fries. Cristian Romero is the one who wanted to charge us more
