I ordered two sausage biscuits and a coffee in the drive thru. All the person at the pay window said was 'two biscuits and a coffee,' barely confirming my order. All I got was two biscuits, no sausage. I've had to, on almost every visit, reconfirm my order and wait to get my total at the first window, not knowing what I'll be paying, or if they got my order correct. I've told management about this multiple times, yet nothing is apparently done about it. I didn't want to resort to this, but this morning's screw-up forced my hands

The chick who works the cash register that looks like Roz from the movie Monsters Ink, is probably the least inviting person to be the face of your business, and customer service first impression. I get it, it’s fast food not fine dining but man I’ve interacted with her and seen her interact with other customers and she could be the least friendly person I’ve seen working a position like that. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she’s autistic because that’s about the only excuse there is to have someone like that working a position like that. Put her in the back flipping burgers or something if she can’t have customer service skills.

My experience at this McDonald's drive thru was the equivalent of getting sand thrown in my eyes,and expected to be grateful for it. Staff needs serotonin, my crispy chicken sandwich needs more than a burnt patty and a single pickle.
