McDonald's

Horrible order... didn't even have the desire to turn around and go back due to being so tired with a long drive. My fries were overcooked and cold, the chicken nuggets were also overcooked and rubbery, luke warmish, i ordered a drink with no ice and they didn't even fill the cup, it was 3/4 full. I waited in the drive thru at least 10-12min with one car ahead of me and according to their order on the screen when i pulled up they only ordered nuggets... not sure what took so long but i am certain the food was made way ahead of time and was just sitting there for a long time period. Lucky me. :/ thats what i get for stopping for food after 10pm i suppose.

I stopped to grab a drink and use the restroom 5/7/22. NEITHER soap dispenser worked in then womens restroom. I told the cashier who was already aware and shrugged her shoulders. I asked if the manager was aware and she again shrugged and said yes. SO gross for a restaurant to not have soap in the restrooms. You know the employees are using the restroom and then making food. Unsanitary in any situation, but in a covid era soap is a must!! Go to the store and buy some soap if the dispensers are broken.

I rarely ever rate fast food places because a lot of times it's unnecessary: you're going for cheap, fast food and shouldn't expect 5-star service. However, I will say that since I moved to the area two years ago I've never had an issue! The wait times are short even when there's a line of cars that almost go out into the street, they're accommodating and don't argue or give nasty attitudes, and the food is always fresh and hot--never burnt or cold! I feel like this McDonalds in particular deserves 5 stars because it really raises the standard on fast-food restaurants.
