Today i was waiting on 4 sausage egg mc muffins w/ caramel frappe. It took them 45mins to give me my food. And so we asked for the manager and she didnt even let us talk to her. So we asked the other worker do she speak English she said no but soon as she gave us are food it was cold. So we told her we want are money ????. But she just told the other co worker that she dont speak English or dont understand it. Nd yes we complain bt it
Ok now let's Gooooooooo ????! This Lil spot is getting 3 Lil stars only because the customer service sucks askkkk and they rush so much the will f up your order but hell the expectations ain't high anyways because it's by the eway #1 and number 2 it's in Harvey, ghetto asl...Soo don't come here expecting gourmet services, just prepare yourself with a breathe in breathe out technique before approaching...and approach with caution ????????????????
Never coming here again. Being the only person in the drive through they forgot what I ordered…. When I got home there was hair and fake eyelashes inside my Mocha Frappe. Completely disgusted with this location.
