Went through the drive through for some dinner after a long night at work. Went through around 9:30.. 7/24… just got home about 15 minutes ago. Customer service was absolutely horrible! They rush you, give you an attitude and could care less about taking your order. And then this sorry excuse for a sandwich.. what even is this? If you don’t care about your job then maybe don’t work there. You guys want to be paid more on the hour but can’t even take your time when making food or be nice to the people coming through the drive through. I’m done coming here.
Fries were cold, hard, and crunchy, like they had tried to reheat them or something. Burgers were cold, not even luke warm. One McDouble only had one patty on it. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have turned around and returned the food. This was my 1st visit to this particular McDonald's and they by far had the worst food that I'd ever gotten at any of their other restaurants nation wide. Needless to say I won't be going back.
They got my order completely wrong, even after they repeated it to me. Got two of the Wrong burgers, no nuggets.
