McDonald's

This could be the worst McDonald’s in Pennsylvania. I work right down the road and I’ve given it more than enough chances. I have never had a good experience.

I went through the the drive thru this morning and I ended up having to be pulled to the Parking spot for my drinks which is fine. I got my drinks and when I got to my destination realized two of the lids weren’t fully put on so now my seat is covered in coffee and the carrier was ruined. The past two times I’ve been to this location they didn’t stir my iced coffee's so when I drank them I tasted straight syrup. Its really not that hard it takes two seconds. I am a fellow McDonald’s employee and know how things work it’s not that difficult to do a job this simple. I hope this can improve in the near future.

This place has really gone downhill. It's been a while since I've been inside this Mcdonald's although I've been through their drive-thru a few times recently. During this visit, the tables were filthy leaving nowhere to sit. There were very few customers inside and no line. We ordered 3 iced coffees which took 10 or more minutes to receive. The teenager working the register was new and still learning. We were very patient with him, unfortunately the supervisor was not. The supervisor was irritated because she needed to end her phone call and help this guy with the transaction. She was mean and crass to him and to us. Without getting into it, we were very polite to the young man. While waiting for our order, that the supervisor was making, another customer came in and placed a customized order. The teen again needed help and the supervisor was mean again. That customer spoke up to the supervisor about how she was talking to the teen. Between the cleanliness and the superv
