McDonald's

The ice cream cones were soggy we got ice cream barely even ice cream they had attitudes. They really didn’t wanna take our order we had got a chicken sandwich and it was cold like they did not cook it, I highly don’t recommend to go to that McDonald’s it’s awful

Ok first off they kiosk don’t give receipts so there no proof other than you card state meant saying it was payed for so with it being we don’t get receipts we have to just hope that they believe us when our order gets called out . Then another customer came and ordered and they gave someone else her food and the employee said they wasn’t gonna remake her food because it was already given like other ppl can have the same order this place is just really ghetto and very disrespectful

I am a dasher and I went there 3 times. They are slow and unprofessional. I had to wait 20 minutes per order. The one woman lied to a customer told him he might as well sit there cuz it's gonna be awhile so he left and his food was done in 2 minutes. The first time I was in there I got my food before the guy was waiting longer than me and came back and he was still there. I still got my food before him and I left and came back and he was leaving. There was another guy waiting to and I got my food before him too. Another guy was there for a long time and all he wanted was sugar packets. I went to 2 other mcdonalds as well and got my food right away I recommend Esienhower Blvd There was 6 people there too working and still being all slow
