McDonald's

Their frappe machine has been out for way too long now. Tried ordering breakfast. They made me pay for someone else. First said that they won’t refund me and make me pay for my own and then lied and said I paid less. And that it was ok the person behind me paid more. I thought that was unfair and they didn’t listen they then lied and said our orders were the same price so it didn’t matter. Then after waiting for my order they only give me one breakfast sandwich when I ordered 2 and said I didn’t pay for a second. So they messed my order and payment up. Disappointing.

If I could give no stars I would. Got here at 6:35 and ordered food for the kids and coffees for myself and my mother. We received nothing for 30 minutes and when I went to the counter she told me I needed my receipt when nothing printed at the kiosk. She finally gave me my drinks and they were watered down and disgusting . My hot latte was Luke warm. The food for the kids meal were cold and stale. I asked for a refund just for the drinks because the kids were already eating the cold food because they were hungry. I go up too ask for a refund and they start acting like I’m being unreasonable. She comes to refund the drinks after having me stand there for 10 minutes just talking about the fact I want a refund. And then come up and I mention the hot mocha latte was cold and she said well that one was cold referring to the ice mocha I got. In a rude manner. And then gave me my refund. I will never come here again. Ridiculous. You need better management and staff. If someone secret shopped

The best McDonald’s! Shout out to Thomas on the registrar!! Made my day! All the employees here are working hard to make for a pleasant visit!! I will be back!!
