McDonald's

The people working were nice and correct an over sight. When choosing our table, I typed in the same one my son had used to order his food. I didn't think anything of it at first because we're sitting together. My son's food came out. Non-issue. A half hour goes by and I went to the counter to check the status. They didn't make it because they didn't realize it was a separate order! I showed my receipt and explained I have been waiting and that we are sitting with my son. They made my order right away and compensated the wait by giving an extra order of nuggets.

This restaurant continues to disappoint. Rarely are the fries warm and crispy, more or less hot. The people making the sandwiches might not be literate, as it seems near impossible to dress a sandwich without ketchup and pickles, as printed on sandwich tag. I try to avoid this store, but it is close to work and I do like my McDonald's app. I ran a store in downtown St Louis and a shocked at this location. Sad thing is it's been like this for years. I always enjoy this McDonald's. It's in the middle of Gresham, so typically during meal times the drive thru lines can be long. Yet regardless of if your dining in, or driving thru this McDonald's has enough staff. They stay chill, keep your order correct and are always friendly.
