McDonald’s

My son stopped in yesterday afternoon and ordered 5 cheeseburgers. Once home he opened them and several hairs were found inside, as if they were placed there!! What's going on? We as a community were so happy to get McDonald's but ever since they opened a week and half ago, I'm reading and seeing some horrible posts. People showing pics of undercooked meat. Pictures of hamburger on a bun, but nothing else. Chocolate milk shakes NOT having any chocolate in them. I know the fast food industry is suffering to get good help, but this doesn't speak well for whoever owns this place. I'm certain you've lost what would have been a regular customer. And I'm fairly certain those I know who have had a bad experience will never go back. If the owner reads these reviews I sure hope you will understand how these comments will hurt you. And the people are at the windows need to be trained in proper etiquette when speaking to your customers and serving the food to them at the windows. So very disappo

Okay, I changed my review because the staff are trying to get things turned around. This store is our store. We need to encourage the workers with kind words of encouragement. Bad reviews will not make the problem better. At least give it a few visits before you give up. Or if you had a bad experience tell them to make it right. I have never heard of a McDonald's that will not do the right thing. They just need to know what's up. They made it right with me. So, I'll give them a 5 for effort.

Wow! First time here and it was awful! The customer service is terrible, they forgot our drinks till we asked. Rosa working the night shift at 8:05pm was beyond rude. What a bad first impression! Just seems to match the quality of Taco Bell… bad quality and customer service. Edit! Came back a second time… ordered a chicken sandwich… not even sure what I received… Burt chicken, no sauce… one pickle… what even is this? AWFUL!
