I am only leaving a review because Ms. Shirley did a phenomenal job tonight @ 12:40 am. THE ONLY PERSON THAT DID ANYTHING IS MS SHIRLEY! We waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the window for a Doordash order. THREE workers a short petite women and a tall male with a headset and a young guy with his hair out in his viser on during her shift looked directly at us and ignored us for 40 MINUTES! They had poor mrs Shirley come over and take 4 Doordash orders from us and others AND make the food. It is inconsiderate and disrespectful at least have the decency to speak to someone rather than look them in the face and walk away. Disgusting behavior and customer service. Ms. Shirley deserves a raise. We stood outside in 40 degree weather with other customers. Come on! If I could leave no stars I would, ignore any orders if they tell you to come to this location.

I come here for breakfast only. Customer service at the first window is always great. The second window can use some work. I purchase the same item when I do order here and the quality varies each time I visit. Consistency needs to be worked on. 3.5 stars ✨

Picked up overnight at 1am . My card didn't go through on the app and I asked them to give me a minute. The only white male on the overnight shift got an attitude and proceeded to speak over us while we asked for a minute. Proceeded to get aggressive and asked my husband to "come inside" we just moved to this area and will DEFINITELY NOT be coming to this location ever again. Manager sat on the register and stared at the screen. It seems like everyone needs some type of re training. I understand you're stressed and the night shift is the worst but if you don't have the patience for it you need to work somewhere else. McDonald's can do so much better than letting their employee threaten customers through the window.
