McDonald's

I took my son here for his first job interview. I decided to give in and walk-in, to possibly place an order and be discreetly nosey. I was impressed by the greeting that I received. And also the attentiveness of my presence inside the lobby. The restaurant was clean in appearance and all team members that I encountered were well spoken and professional. I ordered and everything was as fresh as I ever could've hoped. I must admit. I don't do fast food much at all for health reasons. But, this visit turned out to be worth it.

The heat was not working but everyone was very friendly and my daughter had a wonderful time in the play place. She didn't mind that it was chilly. The food was hot and fresh. The play place was a little dirtier than I would like (her socks were dirty by the end), but there was hand sanitizer nearby and it was at least cleaner and warmer than a playground. Kid-friendliness: I like that the play area is divided so smaller kids can play separately from bigger kids. There's more for bigger kids to do. The bathroom also has a large changing table in the wheelchair accessible stall. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible stall in the bathroom.

Dirty, filled garbage with abandon trash throughout. The floors are all slick with grease or too much soap. Leadership appears rude and short with staff leading to a breakdown in service. Food is ok.
