If I could give negative stars I would give -20. Your employees at the Fort Myers, FL location are heartless, uncaring, horrible people. I eat here when ever I am going to FMB. Lunch is usually just like any other McDs. Breakfast this morning involved overcooked (dark brown chicken) that tasted overcooked and was dry. Extremely poor quality chicken biscuit. The hash-brown was fresh.
We only stopped for drinks but the employees were so kind. I felt like I was at a Chick fil A.
