McDonald's

3 stars because usually when I visit this location the service is fairly quick. However... This location is gouging its customers which I assume a majority of them aren't local since this location is right off of 77 Northbound. I am a local and live just around the corner. The last 5-6 months I've noticed (and have forgotten to specify after figuring it out) that they don't ask you what size meal you want, they just automatically charge you for a large which you don't find out until after you've received your order. On top of that, they don't even bother to give me a full meal (as pictured). I don't think it's fair business practices to not ask your customers what size meal they want and then upcharge them without permission.

A standard McDonald's. Service was reasonably and food was okay for a McDonald's. One negative is the on-site parking lot, while there, is not all that large and the restaurant inside was less than 50% full. This seems like a busy location probably due to the proximity of the Carowinds Amusement park. Parking: Not overly generous for on-site parking.

We came to this location after leaving carowinds with a lathe crowd of 60 people, mostly teens. The crew got our orders in and out quickly, efficiently , and hot. Staff was pleasant and kept things running g smooth. Great job.
