McDonald's

I don’t know why I continue punishing myself and giving this McDonald’s another chance. Every Thursday we come before cheer practice. It is a disaster. The ONLY reason I keep coming is so the kids can play. The staff HATES their jobs- they literally could care less about helping anyone. I’m terrified to ask them for anything because i don’t want to get another eye roll or huff as they walk slower than Christmas to get me something they forgot. It’s honestly entertaining though…. When the manager walks by, they are sweet as pie. As soon as he walks out, right back to irritated, sluggish, rude staff. I honestly can’t stand it but it’s the only play place around ????????‍♀️ Oh and today I ordered thru the mobile app so I wouldn’t hopefully have to deal with anyone or wait a year for food. I came in and put my table number (as the app requested). 30 minutes of waiting I finally figured I’d have to ask where my food is. Sure enough, it had been sitting in the window- just chillin. Cold food

Ok then McDonalds!!! This was a pleasant visit after a long day. I ordered via mobile and went inside to pick up the order. I was greeted upon entry by Fernando (who was pleasant the entire visit). The restaurant was super clean and it just didn’t feel “McDonaldsy” it felt “homey” and pleasant. My order was on point, the tea was teaing and the fries were frying this day! Thank you all!!!! Awesome service!

This McDonald's has been so irritating to me! I understand there are shortages everywhere but we are asked to wait for very long periods when no one else has been in the drive thru to get our food. Pull to the next window- that's the first thing some employees say when you get to the window to pay. No greeting and no smile. How many times have they gotten our orders incorrect I can't count and this is a newer McDonald's. My kids love McDonald's, but I drive to the McDonald's on the other side of town because they are nice and professional every morning that I come to their drive thru. Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playroom. No carpet on floors Parking: Parking is decent. Just know that at busy times you may get trapped in parking spaces with the backed up drive thru lines.
