Drive thru is ALWAYS slow — even with two lines It’s been like this for years. Why do I even roll thru here thinking the staff will ever get their act together. Last time for me. Bye
I went early morning had the #2 combo with a sugar free Vanilla Ice coffee... I did My order on McDonald's mobile app.. I waited about 10 minutes to go pick it up I hit I'm here on the app .. 5 minutes before I got there.. And it still wasn't ready.. I Waited over 5 more minutes before my order was ready Too long of a Waiting time.. I needed to get back to work on the app is supposed to be faster....? Am I right or wrong...????
It's been remodeled, and rather poorly, so there many places for the employees to hide. 17 minutes before anyone showed up at the counter & another4 before the order was taken. Before it was remodeled everything was much more open, they saw you & you saw them.
