Not enough handicapped Accessible parking. Accessible door is locked as emergency exit only. 1 cashier, huge line. Cashier doesn't listen to you and your special needs due to allergies. Won't refill soft drinks. Parking: Not enough handicapped accessible parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough handicapped accessible parking. Most accessible entry is locked as an emergency exit only.
They always take too long with the orders, even when it's not peak hours. Today they took 40 minutes to give me an iced coffee, and I would've taken longer if didn't talk to one of the employees. Also, you cannot refill your drink on your own anymore.
Worst customer service, food was cold and they messed up my order 4 times and was up with the NO Refill? 1st McDonald's I've gone that charges for Refill on top that they filled it with ie to the neck. Bad attitude over all and floors and tables dirty
