McDonald's

Filthiest McDonald's I have been to in along time. You need a token to use bathroom even with this the bathroom was horrible. Floors sticky, tables dirty, tarsh on drink bar and floor. Bob Sutherland if this is one of your stores you would be embarrassed which I doubt because yours are always clean . Mc Donald's corporate should visit Everytime I stop here on way to Yuma it's a disaster. Otherwise food was served quickly and correctly. Just clean the storefront that would go along way.

The only thing I'll get from McDonald's is their hot fudge sundaes and fries. Love their sundaes. I ordered 2 and both of them were seriously lacking in hot fudge. A small skinny ring on the top. That's it. I wasn't going to say anything but then when I discovered I didn't get any napkins I decided to go in. I had to, ice cream was melting and dripping everywhere. They close the inside very early there so I waited in the drive through again. The boy taking payment was helpful. Gave me napkins and a wet paper towel. The manager was not. She was the one who made the sundaes and didn't give me any napkins. When I told her I wanted more hot fudge and napkins this time she gave me the nastiest look. She didn't seem to understand what I was saying though because I had to repeat myself another 2 times. She very rude and disrespectful. No customer service skills at all. Very disappointing coming from a manager.

It was the worst I had already been waiting long and the fact I got cold and burnt fries just blew me, I didn't even eat them, I have braces and the was way too hard.
