McDonald's

We have tried this location a number of times for a quick dessert or soda (usually when the line at DQ is too long). Unfortunately the service and product has been fairly lackluster. Most recently ordered two McFlurries. They were unmixed with fixing on top. Spoons were just generic white, plastic spoons and not strong enough to mix ourselves. We ended up just throwing them out when we got home because we didn't just want cups of plain soft serve. In general we prefer the Kenmore location (73rd and Bothell Way).

The manager here is terrible. She is an older woman, short black hair with highlights, non white. She is Rude, yells at her employees for no reason, and argues when you try to tell her they forgot food. I went inside to explain I was missing a Big Mac meal, brought the receipt and the bag I was given, and was still scrutinized for it. The drive thru always has trash everywhere, we are always missing food, the fries taste like they were from the day before, buns taste stale and of course dealing with her. There are plenty of other McDonalds we can go to besides this one.

This location is the closest to where I live so I am a kinda regular customer... Lol my son was at one time "addicted" the 6 piece McNuggets happy meal ???? So much so that my husband started calling him"chicken nugget"! That was 5yrs ago and he has had his fill of Chicken nuggets and now would prefer a hamburger but unfortunately he cannot shake the nickname ???? it has been shortened to just "nugget" now but I have to say McDonald's has made some positive, happy and long lasting memories for our family ????????????
