We received the wrong food, but didn't notice until we drove 10 min home. We tried to call the restaurant 4 times to ask about just getting credited back the difference as we didn't want to drive back and every time, we called the phone hung up. Travelle a manager at this location is the kind of person that restores your faith in humanity. On a daily basis I deal with a lot of difficulty HR issues and I can only imagine how many issues travelle most likely have to deal with managing an entire store. Regardless he approached the situation with a kind of humanity and professionalism indicative of a good person and I very much appreciate McDonald's for that thank you for having such good people as a part of your team
