This is the worst McDonald's I have ever patronized. We stopped here on the way to the airport to return home from our family vacation. I ordered from the APP and pulled into spot 2 to receive my order. We waited for a long time, so I went inside to see what the issue was. It was pure chaos. People were everywhere. The employees were rude and cussed out customers who were disgruntled after waiting so long. Over an hour to get my order and the drinks I wanted were out. A lady, whom I gathered was a manager, was so ugly to everyone there. It was a nightmare. Those people need intensive training on customer service because it was awful. By the time we did get the food, we had to speed to get to the airport in time. Never again will I ever go to the McDonald's in East Point, GA.

I had a survey coupon for BOGO QPC. (Otherwise I would not have waited) We went to the DT and waited for a while. I was told VERY NICELY that I would need to come in to use my receipt coupon. (btw- The McD app SUCKS!) The service inside was not unfriendly but I was not spoken to until I placed my order. I was behind 3 Happy Meals and 3 McFlurrys (SIGH, BE PATIENT. ) I could see the cashier actively assisting DT. EVENTUALLY I received my order and the food was fresh and great. That's why people keep coming back. My only real complaint about this location is that IT IS SO SLOW! IT TAKES SO LONG! Great food, decent service.
