Omg! I just got a number three breakfast, a Coke and a coffee and it is by far the best sandwich I’ve ever got from McDonald’s. It was buttered with perfection and it wasn’t burnt and hard and crispy and difficult to chew like it is sometimes. It literally melted in my mouth on the way home. I sounded like I was having an orgasm on the way home! ???? The employees were also absolutely amazing. They were very nice to my dog too when we went through the drive-through. By far best drive thru visit ever!!!!!

You know what? I get it. You're busy, and maybe a bit inexperienced. I've been there. I've worked at McDonald's. But... Waiting 15 minutes to place an order at the counter, with no line, is inexcusable, no mattter how busy drive-thru is. Waiting another 15 minutes for a sandwich and fries, while the drive-thru is still moving along, is inexcusable. Handing out people's food, without soft drinks, and saying "someone else will get your drinks" is inexcusable. And the "I'm too cool to do any work" attitude of employees with no name tags, while other employees try to get the job done, is inexcusable.

Well we gave this Duquesne location another chance..and they failed. Ordered breakfast online mobile order. It took 40 minutes to get our order. Was told to pull around and wait...had to go inside to get the food. Only given 1 breakfast syrup for 2 big breakfast. Was told they were out of butter for the pancakes! Horrible customer service..stay away.
