Have waited 20+ minutes for mobile orders twice now. Had no time to actually eat when I got back to work. The workers are rude and hardly acknowledge your existence, which is very annoying after waiting an incredibly long time for fast food. Go to any other McDonald’s. I have never been to one with such bad service all around.
Food was good, service not so much. No one at the counter at all. Ordered on kiosk and then waited for a cup. Had to stop Someone to get it, although several employees seen me staffing l staying there not one acknowledged at all Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
I went to this restaurant early in the morning. The woman taking orders asked me to repeat it 3 times. When I got to the window I was missing two of the four items. She told me it was “her bad” and proceeded to add one of the items. We never got the orange high c after trying to order it multiple times. It’s like she was ignoring me. Also she was wearing ear buds. Very poor customer service
