McDonald's

I want order accuracy, and I want open ordering kiosks. Neither of which you get from this McDonald's, or even most Cincinnati locations. I don't want to wait in a long line just to place my order. This whole corporation is a garbage business and I'm done with all of them. Covid completely killed restaurant quality and customer service.. And these companies no longer care if they dissatisfy you or not. They make money hand over fist, and will hire anyone. I'm DONE with McDonald's because businesses that aren't run properly should go OUT of business.

Employees rude as can be glaring and scoofing, if they hate their jobs so bad find a new job or mangment needs to make it a better place to work. I’ve also noticed nearly every night their credit card machine goes down, or when they are understaffed 6/7 days I’ve gone in the last two weeks. It’s been a regular thing for the last year that cash will be all they take with everyone using cards these days and it going down at night to work the day of and the next day being on the way to work it’s good for a fountain pop but a mysterious breaking credit card machine only being at night, seems like someone’s stealing or being lazy and realize they’ll have half the orders making it all cash.

Used to be fast. Stopped today, drive thru backed up into street, walk inside just to get drink and they tell me lobby is closed. So not only do you have half the place closed you can't even keep things moving in drive thru. Not to mention in the two seconds he spent telling me lobby is closed just could have rung me up for a drink.
