This location doesnt know the meaning of FAST food. Be prepared to wait over 30 min in the drive through. The line wrapping all the way around the building and they were at a stand still for 15 min before I left the line and went somewhere else. I could see into the store from where I was and can see employees taking their time like like they don’t have a care in the world.

This experience was absolutely terrible. The customer service treatment 0/10. We ordered ahead online to avoid waiting in line just to be told that we had to wait in a 45 min line although our order was paid for, and already made. We had to wait in a line that we ordered online SPECIFICALLY to avoid. The manager was rude and gave no care as to the situation and dismissed us repeatedly. Picking up the order was even more of a mess. The manager was even more rude and unhelpful, Desire was helpful and handled the situation in less than 1 minute. Absolutely ridiculous and shouldn’t expect less from a Mcdonalds

Why do I have to ask for ketchup every time with my order? Especially when I order multiple orders of french fries and they give me no ketchup. And then when they do give you catch up they give you like one or two packs. Come on man you can do better.
