Poor food quality I am a regular and very disappointed in ordering ahead food was cold and tasted old coffee was not hot like it usually is. My husband waited almost 20 minutes for it to be brought out to him I won’t be using this service again bc I feel that quality didn’t matter.

I quite literally stated no pickles but give me the sauce and they didn’t give me sauce. The fries were half full so I paid for a large meal and got less than half of that. I stated to give me another sweet tea they read back the order and still did not put it on the ticket. When the manager came to the window I said I wanted the other sweet tea I will pay for it and in an abrasive tone said “give me a dollar for the tea” I paid for an apple juice didn’t get it. I paid for a blueberry cream pie. Got an apple pie. This is absolutely ridiculous. Fire the entire staff. They are too busy on their phones and flirting with each other to actually do the job they are paid to do.

The drive through is at times long lines and sometimes you have to pull forward and wait for you order after also waiting in line. I go inside and place my order and normally 4-5 cars are served before my order is ready. Food is good.
