Ever since the remodel, service at this location has gone downhill. The staff all have really bad attitudes and constantly forget items in orders. I don't know if they decreased pay for workers but I think I'll rather drive an extra 5 minutes and go to the Kirkwood McDonald's.
this employee Daisy needs to learn how to properly talk and treat a customer. Eye rolling, not responding, and bad attitude towards customers. I work at a restaurant and I've never seen anything like it. She either needs to find a new job or be fired. Very rude.
Nothing I hate more than being asked to pull up/around when at a drive through… Had I of known my 2 double cheeseburgers with ketchup only was going to take 20 minutes I would not of ordered! Get it together… sweet the two people behind me just got served before me!
