Darnell is such an amazing employee! Everytime I go get my groceries and stop by to get some food hes always the one to take my order most of the time but the difference between him and everyone else that works there is his enthusiasm his smile and his wantingness to actually make sure I have everything most people just throw the bag on the counter and call your number well Darnell comes up to me and makes sure I have everything I need ketchup napkins everything ! The sweetest person ever and when I thanked him about how kind of a person he was he responded with how he takes pride in doing his job and making sure the customer gets good quality service ! This wonderful man needs a raise or something for how well he treats his customers especially coming from a location with so many negative comments about it’s workers ! I could go on and on with nothing but great compliments about him but unfortunately only been in Corcicana for a couple months and all the times Ive been to this locatio

I don't ask for perfection but I want correct... App order Got a QPC double with Bacon, a meal deal. Got fries and drink with it, cool... I had to come inside to pick cause it is in Wal-Mart, easy I stood there waiting for them to make the order, again easy I'm in no hurry. Manager looked at order, asked cook if the QPC was done for me. Cook said yes. Manager said With no onions and extra pickles? Cook again said yes. So I get home and guess what... There is extra onions and no pickles... I get getting it backwards but just lying about it instead of making it right is lazy...

I purchased #2a which is a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I asked for large fries and a large Dr Pepper. I received the drink and was asked to pull to spot #1. This was lunch rush on a Tuesday. So I pulled forward and waited 15 minutes. I counted more than a dozen cars that received multiple bags or single bags of food, never having to wait like I was. Finally, a server showed to my door with a single bag with just 1 quarter pounder in it. No fries. I stopped her as she began to walk away and told her I have a receipt showing I paid for a large meal. She said, "Oh, okay..I'll get you a medium cry." I stopped her again, correcting that it was a large. A few more minutes go by and I received my fries. Upside? The fries were fresh and good. Downside? That drive through took me more than 20 minutes to get a simple meal. Kind of disappointed, but at least the food was good. So, there's that!
