McDonald's

The male manager at this site needs serious manager evaluation. He literally called the cops on me because I asked where was my order. I never raised my voice never got upset with him but he didn't give me the same respect. I asked why was he so upset and yelling at me making a scene, this only made him madder. Once the cop's shows up I had 3 witness there who agreed that this guy was definitely having a bad day and took it out on me. I hate I didn't get a name. Because, he also admitted to the officers that showed up he was having a bad day which everyone inside that McDonald's knew as well. The kiosk to place your order on doesn't work. It need to be fixed ASAP this way the male manager who was onsite at the moment want get upset if you ask where's your order. ????‍♀️

The employees are friendly , the restaurant is clean, and the service is quick. I ordered two number 7 meals and 4 Stawberry cream pies. The meals were great, but 3 of the pies were not fully baked. I spoke with the manager in charge, and she went out of her way to make it right, She apologized and offered to replace the pies or refund me the money for the pies, We should never take advantage of a business when they offer a genuinely sincere apology and make an effort to correct the issue. I asked for cookies in place of the pies. The following day, I contacted the store manager Irma to praise the manager on duty efforts , Irma invited me back to the restaurant to discuss my experience with her, I went back, and Irma sat and listened, as I explained my issue with the pies, and how well her team reacted to making it a win / win situation. I WOWED me by explaining what may have happened to cause the pies not to get fully baked. She listened to my suggestions and had alrea

Went thru the drive thru here and it was a lot quicker here than the McDonalds by my place. There was only one window open but they made it work and it was quick.
