*Very* busy (and kind of slow) drive thru today even though it was 10:20 when we arrived - not a typical time for a busy drive thru. Picked up a late breakfast for my daughter on her way to school. Food was ready when we got to the window. Not super hot, but that was fine so my daughter could eat it. It wasn't cold, just not super hot (which is good)! Staff were all very polite. 4 stars for the length of time it took to get through the drive thru *only* everything else was exactly as it should have been. Had service take less than nearly 15 minutes I would have given 5*
Waited for a long time. They said food would be fresh. Fries were still cold! Frappe was good.
This McDonalds is never a disappointment. I don't mind waiting in line but I know people order a lot of food this time of night. I drive Uber and this is the only McDonald's I will visit in the entire Columbus area. Always friendly staff. Order done right and always hot and fresh. I love this place
