Eating inside is usually quiet but sometimes dirty. The live orchids are a perfect touch and I appreciate the effort! We enjoy using the kiosk to order food. Sometimes the food is hot and tasty and sometimes it's not.

Every single time I come to this location they never have their "frappe machine" up. It's only a blender, they're just lazy and don't want to clean it or even do their job.

This regards the 4840 Hamilton rd store by New Albany. The rudest employees I have ever come in contact with. This is how they resolve their issues, even when you call to set up an appointment with the district manager. And, FYI, still no refund! I called the store to set up a meeting with your district manager whom I was told some gentleman's name. When I arrived, instead of talking to him, I get some female that just blew me off and never once apologized for the major inconvenience. Kept giving excuses but never once apologizing made me see this was going nowhere, so I said, that's it and started walking out. She then, yells at me very loudly and sternly to "leave the store" and used my comment as a way to lose all professionalism and just talked to me like we were in a trailerpark. I am just shocked at the absolute worst customer service in the world. Can someone make this right? Is there someone in the management system capable of fixing this? I will update this revie
