McDonald's

I ordered a Big Mac at the drive thru along with several other items. When I got home and changed out of my church clothes, I opened my sandwich which said Big Mac on the container and discovered it was a cheap double hamburger slathered in mayonnaise. I called the store and spoke to a shift manager and was told their policy is that I have to return that item to the restaurant and then they would give me the Big Mac I already paid for. That’s their policy that you have to return the sandwich even though it’s a major inconvenience. They couldn’t take my name and replace my sandwich the next time I come. That policy is absurd. This particular McDonald’s makes mistakes more often than not. Terrible management skills.

Told them what I had ordered, and they charged me too much. The cashier was not able to understand English, so I gave up. The reason why my order cost more than normal is because they charged me for a 3rd meal and extra drink that I didn't order. If you can't understand English while working customer service, then you should not be working there.

Manager Bobby is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had an issue with my mobile order and instead of trying to fix the issue she began screaming at me in the store to the point where I started to cry. Not a single person apologized. As a manager you should not lack basic respect and empathy. There was also a dead gnat on the inside of my lid. Do better.
