When I pulled in the parking lot was completely dark! I sat at the speaker for about 2 mins. (I was the only car in both lanes) When they finally answered the speaker, I was told cash only. When I got to the window to pay, I had to ask how much my order costs. I asked for salt and ketchup for my fries, and I was handed 1 pack of ketchup! I had to sit at the window until I got the attention of an employee to get a couple more packs. Very disappointing!
Entered drive-thru at 10:08 with 3 cars ahead. 1 car orders and 2nd car doesn't order until 10:26. I get my order taken at 10:29 and I finally got my food at 10:34. I watched 5 cars leave the line behind me.
Drive thru quick move, order taker did upsell an item.( Apple pies 2/$1.79 instead of one at 1.20) The sandwich maker did a poor job of assembling a fish sandwich ( cheese was folded in half, tartar sauce only on one side). Asked for a packet of tartar sauce and the order giver wanted 30¢ for it!.
