Horrible service order a qtr pounder w/cheese and a med fry waited for it to be made fresh, staff horrible very slow and unprofessional store totally dirty and smells. After at least 20 min I get my food. I go to my car finally take a bite it's completely raw, bloody raw. I go back in container open in hand bag with fries in the other. Walk towards the counter and get totally ignored. Customers even start speaking about the service and my sandwich. I got the employee attention tough she tried her hardest to ignore me. She walked over I showed her she said what's wrong with it. I said not trying to be smart look at it the customer behind me laughed and said seriously come on. Sandwich was remade of course I didn't want to eat after that I waited another 20 + min. No apology NOTHING Couldn't eat for 3 days after diarrhea and nausea. This was the worst! Just left the drive through at 7:10 pm today. Ordered a large mocha Frappe and 2 strawberry cream pies. The gentleman taking the order and telling by payment was as you expect. Friendly & professional. I paid, then rolled to the next window, the lady greeted me with a smile, handed me the pies in a bag and asked me to pull forward. I replied "no" because there was not anyone behind me ordering or paying. She replied "I was messing up her time" I replied, " That isn't my problem". Her attitude changes immediately. Told her employee I was being rude and began mouthing. I waited no more than 30 seconds she shoves the CARAMEL frappe out of the window. Doesn't say thank you, I just looked at her in disbelief. Accepted the drink and began to drive off she she started yelling I HOPE YOU HAVE A GREAT NIGHT then it became blah blah blah as I couldn't make our anything else. Crystal did it again she was awesome! It was pleasant to have everything. She is so friendly and shop looks perfect clean and it was excellent experience. Crystal and Team thank you so much. It is so important to have a nice burger Patti's after a long drive. Will defenetly come back.
