To much employees conversing and there smoothie machine was down. The manager young AA male gave me a smoothie pro Bono because of my wait time and the web not being able to take my order!

Usually good service, however their drive thru is always so slow. Idk how many I ended up driving off or just passing it because I just don't want to deal with their drive thru. Also the manager needs to follow the kids games seasons and have the store properly staffed during baseball and soccer season. Especially in the evening during these seasons

First, this place is drivethrough only. Their shake and frappe machines are consistently down. Today we ordered hamburger (no cheese) ketchup and pickle only.. Of course there was cheese. Tried to go in to get it fixed and had to bang on the door for several minutes. Finally a young, long haired guy (no hair net comes to the door and we explain the situation. He shrugs. That's it! So i say get a manager please. Another sloppy looking youngish guy comes over, takes the burger and closes the door. A little while later he comes back, I say thank you so much and then realize it's covered in onions. How hard is it to read the receipt that clearly says ketchup and pickles only? I have tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt several times because they're on the way to work, but they ALWAYS disappoint. It's a shame. They used to be decent. Drive through, $20-30. Dinner Would NOT reccommend.
