McDonald's

I don't really understand how this place stays in business when their system is always down. They're not actually a 24-hour a day restaurant because I've never seen them open more than a few hours at a time without their system going down. If I were to own one of these franchises I would absolutely be suing McDonald's for how often their system is down. If a 7-Eleven can process my credit card payment 24 hours a day I don't understand why a multi-billion-dollar company can't do the same.

We had a large group, when we came into the store. When we walked to the counter to order, a manager looked at us and said if you want to order go to the kiosk. I felt that this was not customer service. Most of the food was correctly prepared however when we ordered the diet coke we were not told they were out of the product and gave us regular Coke. Since my daughter cannot consume sugar this was a problem. When I asked about that coke they just looked at each other and didn't even know they were out of the product. If my daughter would have consumed the regular Coke would have been a major problem.

The best McDonald’s! Never had so much onions in my burgers before! And they open 24 hours! You can use the bathrooms too! ????
