McDonald's

Went to get breakfast in the morning and we were able to get our food pretty quickly. However the person taking our order was giving us a lot of attitude and over all being rude. When we got to the window they basically through our drinks at us then our food. When I tried to ask a question they slammed the door in our face, and I'm pretty sure they heard me. I know it is McDonald's and I'm not expecting high inn service, but it would hurt to be a little nicer ????

This location cannot get an order right to save their lives. Even returning to fix it, they still couldn't get it right. You're better off going to another location if you truly want what you ordered.

How much worse could it get? I’ve never seen a business that made it so difficult to actually give money to. Went initially for a mobile order via curbside, received an error telling me to go inside to counter (later found out they shut off curbside), tried to go in and the door was locked but people inside. Someone let me in and I got in line. After 10 minutes of waiting and a couple of people in line leaving, I decided to speak up since none of the workers had said a word or shown any indication that they would be taking an order. The worker was rude and told me they turned off curbside and he’d take my order. I told him I didn’t want to cut in line as the man in front of me had been waiting longer. He then took the other customers order and never came back for mine. After waiting another 10 minutes, I left and went to Sonic. I have not experienced this level of incompetence at a fast food restaurant since I walked into a KFC where the manager was locked in the bathroom. No idea how
