One star in hopes someone reads this. COVID is over, please stop closing the lobby at random times like right now. Make people order at the kiosk if your shorthanded. Im not eating hotcakes in my truck.
Never consistent with getting any freshly made good tasteing food. I prefer always returning to smaller ma and pa Food Businesses that appreciate your $$ and they always seem to always make fresh good tasteing food Mc Donalds as a Geberal whole in Crystal Lk , IL abd Cary IL or anywhere else are only my last choice how sad it is but true prices go up customer service goes down I will not be going to either of these Mc Donald Locations anytime soon.
$7 for two mchickens with extra mayo. when in crystal lake that same order is less than $4. this place is greedy.
