Long wait, about 8 minutes for cheeseburger and small fries, only to get totally cold food!!!! All while 4 people are standing around- at least while I was at the window. Totally unacceptable. Not to mention 1.25 more than 68th street for the same thing.
The girl at the window was rude and was mad because somehow my order got messed up and it was my fault. When I asked to talk to the manager she told me no. So I flagged the manager down and explained. This place is trash!!!!
Absolutely the worst restaurant!! Ordered a door dash delivery and only got part of our order! Called them and the guy that answered was really rude! They can't even get their stuff right! Can't make it right with customers even when it's their mistake!! Highly don't recommend this place!
