The staff here is great. The owners really care about your experience here. If its not right, please let them know so they can make it right for you. I come here almost every day. Thomas in the drive thru knows my order and I don't even have to tell him. Great job everyone

They used a guy to take orders prior to getting to the normal display and 2 way radio typically used. When I told the guy I wanted to look at the menu, he was visibly unhappy but still directed us to the correct location. At that point, communication became a provlem due to logistical issues of the previous guy alerting the drive through CSR that my wife wanted to look at the breakfast menu window and communication barrier. Our order was missing my wife's food entirely, and my "sorry about your bad luck" comment did not seem as funny out of my mouth as it did when I thought it up. To make things right, and since we had driven from the store, I had to make an additional stop and spend another $12.00 to get out of the dog house. I will try there again, everyone has a bad day on occasion.

Ordered 2 20 piece chicken nuggets and the only gave me one. Missing the drink for my happy meal. It is a regular occurrence here for them to not give you food you ordered.
