Did a mobile order. And went to pick up. They forgot 2 items on the order, and of course, we didn't check until we got back home. So I called and the manager was not really helpful. Just said, "Come back, or they will take my name for another time. Well I had ordered everyone their own meal, so I had to go back. Otherwise, someone goes hungry. I went back waited in line again and the workers could care less, no apologies, didn't try to offer anything else for the inconvenience and the manager could also care less because never acknowledged the order, it was wrong, or an apology for the inconvenience. This is not the first time that it has been a wrong order, and the drive-through is usually always very slow. At least they could have offered something else, coffee, pie, hash brown. But no, it was more of a screw you for not checking before you left attitude.
