My Big Mac had no lettuce and onions whatsoever. I realized that when I came home after 20 minutes of driving. When I came back, the employee and the manager were very polite and professional, and fixed my issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but the main thing is how people deal with it. Thank you for the great attitude!
Extremely rude employee in drive-thru lane. Ordered lunch items at 10:57 on a Sunday unknowing lunch wasn't until 11:00 with the response "no. we aren't doing lunch." Went to get gas around the corner, returned at 11:10 to "what do you want?" in the drive thru line pulling up. We were the only vehicle in line the first time and one of two the second time
This McDonald's was awesome. I did a mobile order of 200 nuggets and when I walked in they hadn't seen the mobile order bit they came through quick and me and the kids decided to eat there. They brought the nuggets out as they were done and gave us a ton of sauces. Would eat there again and that is unusual considering i don't eat at McDonald's often. Kid-friendliness: When my kids went to the counter to get more sauces that they liked they were very hospitable.
