McDonald's

All though the restaurant is clean, the workers bring this location down. On 6/27 I waited 35 for a single meal, I did give the benefit of the doubt that the restaurant was busier than usual, but when I finally received my order I still had to fill my own drink, making the kiosk options completely obsolete; as well as the condiment were so filthy and sticky I had to wash my hands after barely touching one. As for today (6/30) the restaurant was almost empty and again I used the kiosks to order a dine-in meal, though this time it was timely, this was half way on the bun, thrown in a to-go bag, the drink was not to order, and there was no straw. I feel as if the kiosks are adding a scapegoat for inattentive employees.

We do a lot of traveling and we often visit the McDonald's near our hotel we've had several problems with the food not once, but twice, so on our way to the hotel we stopped by and complained about everything. Our food was replaced and just as I was taking the last bag of food a server shouted we won't be replacing this anymore. Well okay we won't be coming back to your establishment. I do care how many times you mess up my food, and I am coming back each and everytime you do. Are you implying that you'll only replace my food once, but twice your staff did just that messed up my order. Poor management and staffing that definitely needs to be replaced. Standard McD fare, complete menu. Plus: dining area is nice w variety of seating and outlets. Food quality is on par with rest of chain, staff is friendly and courteous. Bathrooms seem to be a weak link with most McDs I've been to.
