Don't order table service here.... they kiosks won't print receipts and the workers are too lazy to walk over and hand you the food. Instead they'll scream an order number multiple times before just leaving it. You have to literally walk up to the front counter and paw thru the bags in hopes that it's your food.

got told her name is mia, a manager, she’s short and she has blonde hair that’s tied back into a small ponytail. but she basically slammed the window “in my face” TWICE as i was talking trying to make sure they had my order, since the entire time i was watching as she kept trying to figure out where my order was in the system, instead of letting me tell her after she asked me at the window. she cut me off both times slamming the window after i said the singular word “chicken-“ I DID HOWEVER, get amazing respect from julia, i talked with her about the situation, she apologized for it and was very sweet, i talked casually with her saying it shocked me the disrespect but that sometimes it’s expected during a rush with a short staff, i’ve been in those shoes multiple times. would love to see julia excel as a manager. not so much mia, seeing that julia seems to handle well under pressure and mia does not.

Dined in. Was a little better this time although when I didn't get my drinks with the order the girl I told was a bit snooty about it. I honestly only go to Brooklyn McDonald's when I am passing by and it is convenient. It is definitely not the one I would go out of my way for.
