This is the worst McDonald's for getting orders right. I have had so many problems this year. I was charged twice for an order and when I tried to get it refunded they told me they couldn't I would have to take it up with my bank and see if they would reimburse me which they did not and they sent me 2 free big Mac coupons which is $10.00 and they had charged me $20.26. This was the worst problem. They can't get an order right even when you use the app and the order is right in front of their face. I will no longer get food there. I will drive 2 miles farther and pay a little more to get an order that is right.
Slow service in dt. They charged us too much... Gave the wrong food. Refunded what they messed up and gave us back the exact same food. Disappointing
They need a new owner the owner is ignorant and rude then coming there for the last 20 years there is a guy by the name of Clayton or spitting your food make you wait put coffee grounds in your coffee because and they know that I've been coming there every day to get four cups of coffee so that's a big problem when you complain about coffee grounds and other stuff inside your cup nasty milk too
